Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience in Go.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, locks, channels, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience building distributed systems with clean, scalable code.
- Ability to drive end-to-end initiatives from discovery to rollout.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
- Prior contributions to open source projects (preferred).
- Experience with observability stacks (monitoring, logging, tracing).
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse, Kafka, or Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage infrastructure, billing, and automation systems.
- Handle SaaS operations including RBAC, caching, and scalability.
- Design and implement robust APIs and core services using Go.
- Manage SaaS auto-scalability and ingest path robustness.
- Create a marketplace of patterns, templates, and tooling for community integrations.
