Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within Data and AI.
- Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
- Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
- Experience attributing business value to project deliverables.
- Strong technical program/project management skills with account and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience conducting discovery workshops and creating strategic roadmaps.
- Track record of overachievement against quota or objective targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for strategic accounts.
- Act as the accountable technical leader assigned to specific use cases and customers.
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues or questions related to production and go-live status.
- Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for new innovations and upgrades.
- Create and execute point-of-view strategies to accelerate key use cases into production.
- Coordinate with Professional Services (PS) resources on engagement proposals.
- Develop execution plans for adoption, growth, and cost control work streams.
- Provide KPI reporting on usage, customer health, risks, and product adoption to Technical GM.
