- Strong full-stack engineering experience.
- Experience shipping real systems and collaborating with front-end and back-end teams.
- AI-native fluency with workflows around Claude Code or similar tools.
- Opinionated approach to prompt design, eval harnesses, and agent orchestration.
- Empathy for the working engineer and a focus on removing friction.
- Bias to ship functional workflows over building complex frameworks.
- Strong communication skills for documentation, workshops, and technical proposals.
Responsibilities
- Make engineering team measurably faster.
- Manage and improve agent-augmented review and internal harnesses.
- Reduce PR cycle time and improve time-to-first-deploy.
- Implement agent-driven workflows for testing and verification.
- Build custom internal AI dev tools such as evals and scaffolding.
- Orchestrate agentic task execution for small features and bug fixes.
