Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience.
- Experience leading, architecting, and implementing Salesforce solutions (Sales and Media Clouds).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with APIs and data export technologies.
- Proficiency with Sales/Media Cloud customizations (Flows, Apex, LWC, integrations).
- Mastery of Media Cloud components such as CPQ, product catalog, and OmniStudio.
- Mastery of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and platform automation.
- Experience with CI/CD Git-based practices.
- Prior experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own development of complex software by analyzing and identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitor, identify, and correct complex software defects.
- Conceptualize products and services with cross-functional teams.
- Recommend innovative technical solutions.
- Own a software development roadmap.
- Perform root cause analysis and fault resolution.
- Develop work schedules across multiple teams.
- Collect and document functional requirements.
