Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, or related strategic marketing roles.
  • Proven success leading large-scale event programs from strategy through execution.
  • Experience building and managing partnerships, sponsorships, or other marketing initiatives that drive revenue.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational judgment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasting, and evaluating return on investment.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-moving, evolving environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for key event programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution for Zillow’s agent-facing sales events, including regional activations, summits, webinars, and large-scale brand experiences.
  • Define program goals, audience experiences, and success metrics.
  • Oversee end-to-end event delivery, including vendor management, speaker support, creative integration, run of show, onsite execution, and virtual event quality.
  • Build and scale a brokerage-focused partnerships program.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage brokerage and industry partnerships.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, Brand, and Marketing to develop compliant, effective programs.
  • Create scalable playbooks, workflows, budget models, and project management systems.
  • Use reporting and executive communications to measure performance and improve strategy.
