Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in AI/ML and Software Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Python-based AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with traditional ML techniques such as classification, regression, and NLP.
- Full-stack development experience (API design and UI integration).
- Extensive experience with Azure cloud services (Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Functions, AKS).
- Proven experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy industries.
- Experience building production-grade AI systems rather than prototypes.
- Excellent communication skills for translating AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agent-based AI workflows for healthcare use cases.
- Build LLM-powered systems including RAG, tool-calling agents, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Develop classical ML models for risk scoring, prediction, and anomaly detection.
- Implement HIPAA-aware AI architectures ensuring auditability and traceability.
- Build full-stack applications using Python APIs and UI dashboards.
- Integrate with EHRs, data lakes, and healthcare systems like FHIR/HL7.
- Collaborate with clinical SMEs to translate medical workflows into agent logic.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI systems in Azure.
