Requirements
- 12+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable SaaS enterprise solutions.
- 5+ years of experience leading development of complex solutions with a strong enterprise architecture background.
- Expertise in integrations, security, scalability, and platform governance.
- Must reside and work within the United States.
- Certified in one or more mainline certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, or CTA).
- Experience with public sector modernization initiatives.
- Prior consulting or systems integrator experience.
- Experience supporting proposals, oral presentations, and technical demonstrations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust and/or Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver complex Salesforce ecosystems for federal and public sector clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal leaders and external clients regarding digital transformation.
- Support early-stage client conversations and shape technical approaches.
- Lead solution design for high-priority opportunities and enterprise architecture challenges.
- Provide technical leadership in capture and proposal support for key bids.
- Guide business development teams to expand the Salesforce practice.
- Balance client-facing pursuit work with hands-on architecture and delivery leadership.
