Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend application development.
- Strong frontend development experience with React or Vue.
- Solid working knowledge of Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience building modern full-stack web applications and APIs.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhook integrations, and third-party API consumption.
- Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems or MCP (Model Context Protocol) services.
- Demonstrated ability to use Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for architectural and coding tasks.
- Experience working independently in a remote-first, async engineering environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack features for internal operational platforms supporting finance, compliance, and commissions workflows.
- Build scalable backend services and integrations using modern API architectures, webhooks, and third-party platforms.
- Develop dashboards and internal tools that surface operational and business metrics in real time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to platform architecture and data modeling for complex transaction workflows across distributed systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with engineering best practices.
- Participate in technical discussions around scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
- Work effectively within a remote-first, async engineering culture.
