- Experience in brand, social, and motion design
- Understanding of responsive and modular design systems
- Knowledge of digital accessibility best practices
- High-level formal design education
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead projects demonstrating design, craft, and conceptual expertise
- Deliver digital and motion-based design projects
- Provide art direction and storyboarding
- Develop social and content strategy
- Mentor and brief other designers
- Collaborate on pitching and high-pressure projects
- Maintain knowledge of digital accessibility best practices
- Present clear rationales for all design work
