Requirements
- Hands-on SEO agency experience across Content Strategy, Enterprise SEO, PR, Paid Media, or Analytics.
- Strong ability to drive integrated strategies using data.
- Superb client management skills, specifically with C-level stakeholders.
- Advanced understanding of data visualization tools and storytelling with data.
- Ability to communicate complex SEO issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong coaching ability to help team members understand growth opportunities.
- Ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and change management.
- Proficiency in time-management and juggling multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall SEO strategy on client accounts and align internal team priorities.
- Measure strategy efficacy in business metrics like leads, revenue, and lifetime value.
- Communicate SEO findings and business impact to C-level stakeholders.
- Drive divisional revenue through account retention, up-selling, and cross-selling.
- Coach mid-level SEOs and provide feedback on account strategy.
- Manage account profitability and adjust priorities based on hour trends.
- Partner with Project Management and Client Engagement teams on resourcing and strategy.
- Leverage AI tools to drive efficiencies and share findings with the team.
