- 1-3 years of customer service experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the schedules of remote and field technical resources
- Create and assign service requests as they arrive through phone, email, or other means
- Escalate support tickets related to technical solutions
- Organize technician schedules for efficiency and productivity
- Communicate with customers regarding incident progress and outages
- Act as a point of contact for clients
- Monitor open service tickets and escalate to ensure SLA compliance
- Report IT Support resource utilization and task completion
- Ensure prompt entry of time and expenses
- Support end-users in same-call resolution
