Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the schedules of remote and field technical resources
  • Create and assign service requests as they arrive through phone, email, or other means
  • Escalate support tickets related to technical solutions
  • Organize technician schedules for efficiency and productivity
  • Communicate with customers regarding incident progress and outages
  • Act as a point of contact for clients
  • Monitor open service tickets and escalate to ensure SLA compliance
  • Report IT Support resource utilization and task completion
  • Ensure prompt entry of time and expenses
  • Support end-users in same-call resolution
