Requirements
- 10–20 years of experience in Blue Yonder/JDA techno-functional consulting roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder supply chain planning, configuration, and customization.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, fulfillment, inventory, or warehouse management.
- Experience in system integration, APIs, data mapping, and enterprise application workflows.
- Ability to write functional specifications, test cases, and detailed technical documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing consulting skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exposure to SQL, scripting, or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Blue Yonder/JDA certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Blue Yonder/JDA modules across supply chain planning and optimization.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed techno-functional specifications and solution designs.
- Configure, customize, and optimize system workflows, data flows, and integrations based on business needs.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and architects across offshore and onsite delivery models.
- Support full project lifecycle activities including design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose sustainable long-term fixes.
- Conduct user training sessions and create functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
- Participate in upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
