Requirements

- Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping user behavior and workflows.
- Hands-on execution skills with ability to prototype with minimal support.
- Strong product intuition and structured problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of spotting non-obvious opportunities.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and move with speed.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to workshop ideas with senior leaders.
- Experience in startups or as an early employee is a plus.
- Technical breadth in using AI coding tools and low-code/no-code platforms.
Responsibilities
- Explore emerging shifts in AI interfaces, orchestration, agents, and autonomy through hands-on experimentation.
- Stay connected to the AI ecosystem through networks, user conversations, and research.
- Rapidly prototype, validate, and launch new AI-native product ideas.
- Operate with an execution-first mindset across product, design, engineering, and GTM.
- Evaluate opportunities through fast feedback loops and market signals.
- Shape strategic product bets for n8n in collaboration with founder and leadership.
- Share insights and discoveries with the wider organization.
