Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Consulting or strategy background strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience supporting retail, home improvement, or multi-location business models.
- Experience building KPI frameworks or performance measurement methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop standardized executive-ready reporting templates for retailer meetings.
- Build and maintain promotional lift analysis frameworks.
- Establish post-implementation tracking methodologies for program changes.
- Stress test business cases prior to presentations.
- Analyze program and funnel performance to identify trends and drivers.
- Support strategic storytelling through data and analytical narratives.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Develop cross-retailer insights frameworks.
- Transform data into actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on strategic initiatives.
