Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS.
- 5+ years managing A/B testing programs in patient/consumer engagement.
- Experience optimizing agentic AI or conversational AI performance.
- Track record managing high-velocity test programs with weekly launch cadence.
- Strong analytical fluency in experimental design and statistical interpretation.
- Power user proficiency with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or Braze.
- Expertise in analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of EHR data integration and FHIR standards.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space.
- Perform ongoing optimization of live user workflows and capabilities.
- Develop a deep understanding of requirements and perform thoughtful solution design.
- Write detailed user stories for new features with measurable success criteria.
- Develop short- and long-term roadmaps to deliver value and manage risk.
- Monitor key metrics and user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Create feedback loops for human QA teams to ensure reliability of scaled AI-outreach products.
