Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Public Administration, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in innovative mobility, transportation planning, shared mobility, or clean transportation sectors.
- 7+ years of experience in program and project management, including oversight of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or funding strategy development.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams with direct reports in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in mobility systems, policy frameworks, and regulatory environments impacting transportation innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders including public agencies, community organizations, and private sector partners.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, technical writing, and coalition-building skills.
- Ability to translate complex mobility challenges into actionable, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy, roadmap, and operational execution of the innovative mobility portfolio, including annual planning, KPIs, OKRs, and performance tracking.
- Oversee program delivery across personal mobility, last-mile delivery, and school mobility initiatives, ensuring alignment with equity and decarbonization goals.
- Manage budgets, staffing plans, and project portfolios while ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial sustainability.
- Drive development and scaling of mobility programs, including pilots, technical assistance tools, and community-centered deployment models.
- Represent the organization in policy discussions, public forums, and industry events while influencing regulatory and funding landscapes.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with government agencies, mobility operators, community organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across policy, business development, regional teams, and member services to ensure integrated execution.
