Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering in large-scale or SaaS environments.
- Strong expertise in distributed systems and data platform design at scale.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Flink, Spark, Delta Lake, or similar streaming technologies.
- Deep knowledge of event-driven architectures and real-time data processing.
- Strong software engineering foundations (design patterns, testing, CI/CD, version control, clean code).
- Proficiency in Scala, Java, or Python.
- Advanced SQL skills, including data modeling and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve large-scale distributed data systems ensuring high performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Build and maintain real-time, low-latency data pipelines capable of processing billions of events.
- Define and implement robust data architecture patterns, including modeling, orchestration, governance, and observability.
- Ensure engineering excellence through clean, maintainable code and strong testing practices.
- Support the evolution of AI and ML infrastructure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to guide technical strategy and platform adoption.
