Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; MBA, PhD, MSc, or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 6–8 years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, or life sciences advisory roles.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare markets and commercialization strategies.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities with experience overseeing teams and complex client engagements.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage executive stakeholders confidently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in fast-paced consulting environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and work within culturally diverse environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple commercial consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery, strategic alignment, and strong client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships with stakeholders across biopharma, diagnostics, healthcare, and investment organizations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on commercialization, product launch planning, market access, competitive intelligence, and growth initiatives.
  • Mentor, coach, and oversee consulting team members while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
  • Support business development activities, including expanding existing client engagements and identifying new consulting opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, healthcare policies, business models, and client data to develop actionable recommendations and strategic insights.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations, white papers, reports, and strategic recommendations that influence key business decisions.
  • Anticipate project risks and operational challenges while proactively implementing mitigation strategies and driving project success.
