Job Details

5–8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
3+ years focused on API products or technical platforms
Strong understanding of REST and GraphQL API design, data modeling, and integration architecture
Experience with authentication/authorization frameworks (OAuth 2.0, Auth0, Okta)
Proven ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable product specifications
Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams on API development
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) and modern CI/CD and DevOps practices
Experience with API management tools such as AWS API Gateway or similar platforms
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand system architecture and data flows
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage engineering, product, and executive stakeholders

Define and own the API vision, strategy, and roadmap across member, chapter, and agentic ecosystem domains
Translate complex business, member, and integration needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and API specifications
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design REST and GraphQL APIs, data models, authentication, and integration patterns
Manage the full API lifecycle including development, versioning, documentation, deprecation, and migration planning
Establish and enforce API governance standards, including security, observability, and developer experience best practices
Enable and support AI agent ecosystems by defining governed API contracts and safe data access boundaries
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data, IT, and security teams to ensure scalable and compliant API design
Drive API adoption and developer experience through documentation, tooling, and self-service enablement
