Requirements

- Experience shipping AI-powered features or products
- Strong data-driven decision making
- Hands-on coding or prototyping experience (1–2+ years)
- Experience with LLM APIs, AI tools, or agent frameworks
- Familiarity with SaaS growth loops and product-led growth
Responsibilities
- Identify where AI can most meaningfully improve activation, retention, expansion, and revenue.
- Translate AI capabilities into clear user value and growth loops.
- Define the roadmap for AI-driven adoption across HighLevel products.
- Own the AI usage funnel: discovery to expansion.
- Design onboarding, prompts, and product experiences.
- Run rapid growth experiments across UX, pricing, and messaging.
- Prototype experiments using AI development tools and lightweight coding frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to monetize AI capabilities through pricing and packaging.
- Define and instrument analytics metrics including WAU/MAU and expansion revenue.
