Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Fullstack or web development roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service).
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within AEM.
- Solid experience with Java and backend development including Sling Models and OSGi.
- Experience developing AEM components using HTL (Sightly).
- Familiarity with REST API design and integration patterns.
- Experience with Maven-based build pipelines and AEM package management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Active use of AI coding tools like Windsurf and Claude.
- Advanced English Level.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement fullstack AEM solutions, developing both frontend components and backend services.
- Build and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTL.
- Implement backend logic using Java, Sling Models, and OSGi services.
- Integrate AEM with external APIs and third-party services using RESTful and GraphQL.
- Validate, troubleshoot, and debug implementations across frontend and backend.
- Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers on AEM development patterns.
- Collaborate with architects, UX/Design teams, and QA to ensure quality deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with client stakeholders.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and package management.
