Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience delivering production systems at scale.
- 7+ years of experience working with C#/.NET.
- 5+ years of experience with Microservices and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka).
- 3+ years of experience working with AWS.
- Depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL and DynamoDB preferred).
- Observability expertise (logging, metrics, tracing, telemetry; Datadog preferred).
- Advanced English level.
Responsibilities
- Develop new applications and services using C#, microservices, and Azure PaaS.
- Document architectural designs through diagrams and logical flows.
- Build and test new designs for compliance with quality and performance standards.
- Interpret functional/non-functional requirements and implement software solutions.
- Estimate and plan work through user stories and tasks.
- Gauge platform performance and optimize system behavior.
- Guide and mentor team development efforts.
- Support and develop software engineers through coaching.
- Grow engineering teams by participating in interviewing and hiring.
