Requirements
- 5+ years of .NET / C# backend experience with hands-on production work in .NET 6 or newer.
- 3+ years of React or comparable modern framework experience.
- Experience shipping end-to-end features touching both backend and frontend.
- Designed and shipped production REST APIs in a distributed SaaS environment.
- Hands-on production experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong debugging and systems thinking skills.
- Familiarity with startup or scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with observability and operational tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship .NET 6+ backend services that mediate between AI reasoning, device adapters, and operator surfaces.
- Build React surfaces that present Lena's signal including uncertainty shape.
- Own the REST API design between backend and frontend.
- Drive operator UX decisions in partnership with product.
- Move across the full stack daily.
