Requirements
- 10-15+ years of total experience.
- 7-9+ years in Manufacturing & Industrials FP&A with PE-backed exposure.
- Proven track record of board-level engagement.
- Experience leading multi-workstream programs.
- Proven track record owning annual origination and expansion targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or CA certification preferred.
- Executive communication skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms: SAP, Infor SyteLine, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, OneStream, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of FP&A services for PE sponsors in Manufacturing & Industrials.
- Serve as primary relationship manager for 3–5+ PE sponsors, managing account strategy and origination.
- Architect and guide development of board-ready reporting, budgets, forecasts, and 13-week cash flow models.
- Advise clients on technology stacks including SAP, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, and BI tools.
- Oversee multiple concurrent delivery teams, ensuring quality assurance and target margins.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor junior team members.
- Develop new service offerings and implement firm-approved AI-enabled solutions.
- Meet personal origination and sales targets.
