Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience testing responsive web, mobile, and custom applications in Agile environments
- Strong background in test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect management
- Hands-on experience with automation tools including Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Katalon, and Robot Framework
- Experience with unit, API, and performance testing tools, as well as CI/CD platforms
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Python, and Java
- Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA+), security, and application performance optimization
- Proficient with JIRA and Confluence for test management and collaboration
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Hands-on quality assurance testing of user-focused web and responsive web applications, as well as the backend systems
- Advocate for clean code, testing, process refinements, and continuous improvements
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to plan, develop, and maintain robust testing strategies
- Define and communicate an accurate web test strategy to provide both qualitative and quantitative status/defect reports
- Perform feature-based requirements gathering, test execution, regression testing, and functional system testing
- Be actively involved in release cycles by contributing to scope planning, test effort estimation, and release sign-off
- Cultivate a collaborative working environment and a culture of technical ownership
