Requirements
- Spanish language fluency
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a humanities specialization
- Familiarity with annotation tools (Labelbox, CVAT, Prodigy, or Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth)
- Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts
- Quality assurance (QA) experience
- Adaptability to evolving guidelines
- Proficiency with team collaboration tools (Jira, Slack, or Trello)
- Strong critical thinking and written skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic technical literacy
- Ability to work consistently and accurately
Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation and labeling of images, search queries and other forms of data
- Understand challenging guidelines and articulate understanding
- Contribute to AI development by labeling data for LLMs
- Identify and label subtle patterns or elements in datasets
- Apply guidelines uniformly across large datasets
- Resolve ambiguous cases based on annotation rules
- Report edge cases or unclear instructions to team leads or developers
- Meet productivity targets without sacrificing quality
