Responsibilities

  • Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders across R&D, Operations and Manufacturing.
  • Guide customers to the right solutions using product expertise and best practices.
  • Act as a thought partner to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Monitor usage metrics and proactively address underutilization.
  • Document and quantify customer value realized through ROI and impact metrics.
  • Identify new use cases to partner with Account Management on expansion.
  • Develop and execute change management and training strategies for end-users.
