Responsibilities
- Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders across R&D, Operations and Manufacturing.
- Guide customers to the right solutions using product expertise and best practices.
- Act as a thought partner to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Monitor usage metrics and proactively address underutilization.
- Document and quantify customer value realized through ROI and impact metrics.
- Identify new use cases to partner with Account Management on expansion.
- Develop and execute change management and training strategies for end-users.
