Requirements
- University degree in accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
- Mandatory professional certification: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–7 years experience in Chief Accountant or Head of Accounting role.
- Proven experience managing accounting across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Full-cycle, hands-on accounting experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading an accounting team.
- Fluency in English (C1 or above).
- Working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Holded, or Xero.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations across all international entities.
- Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Ensure alignment of accounting policies with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Coordinate with outsourced local accounting teams.
- Maintain full compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
