Requirements

- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software such as Hubspot.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive chat and email support to merchants.
- Complete onboarding and front-end development tasks on Shopify storefronts.
- Install Okendo widgets and perform feature setups.
- Customize widgets and investigate front-end bugs.
- Collaborate with development teams to communicate feedback and enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical support resources and documentation.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance customer experience.
