Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Hubspot.

  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive chat and email support to merchants.
  • Complete onboarding and front-end development tasks on Shopify storefronts.
  • Install Okendo widgets and perform feature setups.
  • Customize widgets and investigate front-end bugs.
  • Collaborate with development teams to communicate feedback and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain technical support resources and documentation.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance customer experience.
