Requirements
- Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, algorithms, and programming logic.
- Experience with TypeScript, ES6+, HTML semantics, and CSS-in-JS solutions (Styled Components or Tailwind).
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or AngularJS.
- Alternatively, strong backend experience with Java and/or Kotlin, including frameworks and lifecycle understanding.
- Strong communication skills to align expectations and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Product mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in complex environments.
- System thinking with understanding of how distributed services interact.
- Proactive attitude toward identifying improvements, technical debt, and optimization opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement medium to high-complexity features across frontend and backend systems.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues through debugging, log analysis, and troubleshooting processes.
- Review pull requests and ensure adherence to engineering best practices and code quality standards.
- Fix bugs, maintain system stability, and contribute to technical debt reduction.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support junior developers by providing technical guidance and removing impediments.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and propose technical improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation of technical solutions, APIs, and architectural decisions (ADRs).
- Participate in pair programming and collaborative code development activities.
- Help maintain consistency in development standards, including testing strategies and branching practices.
