Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, government relations, or defence-focused technology environments.
- Strong understanding of government, institutional, and defence ecosystems in Northern European or Nordic markets.
- Proven experience engaging with public sector agencies, defence organizations, and strategic industrial or governmental partners.
- Solid knowledge of satellite communications, secure connectivity, telecommunications, or mission-critical infrastructure solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, long-cycle opportunities involving technical, political, and executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market and business development strategies for government and defence customers across Northern Europe, focusing on advanced satellite communication solutions.
- Identify, map, and engage key stakeholders across defence ministries, public institutions, political bodies, and industrial partners.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and procurement authorities.
- Promote and evangelize advanced LEO satellite services to government end users.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, procurement programs, and competitive activity.
- Coordinate closely with internal engineering, product, and commercial teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning, opportunity development, and executive-level reporting.
