Responsibilities
- Manage technical aspects of the sales cycle
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, Security, and Professional Services
- Understand customer technical needs and systems
- Craft tailored solutions to address customer pain points
- Build and deliver customized product demos
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for customers
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering
- Create sales content and mentor peers
