Requirements

  • 1 year of high-volume call center experience
  • Experience in a remote, startup environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex topics simply
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce)
  • Ability to multitask across several tabs and tools
  • Ability to work a consistent schedule of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

  • Help potential customers navigate online shopping to find health insurance quotes
  • Resolve administrative and billing questions with urgency and clarity
  • Use support tools and CRMs to document interactions
  • Propose product and process improvements to leadership
  • Maintain high productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
