Requirements
- 3+ years of software or systems engineering experience delivering internal tools/services.
- 1+ year supervising or leading technical staff.
- Expertise with AWS and Azure core infrastructure services.
- Experience with AWS and Azure cost management practices.
- Experience building LLM-based applications and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of practical AI implementation patterns (embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering).
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience operating in regulated or security-conscious environments.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage AI-powered tools, copilots, and workflow automations from POC to production.
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure including IAM, VPCs, and security groups.
- Optimize cloud spend through Savings Plans and resource right-sizing.
- Own reliability, observability, and security controls across all AI and cloud services.
- Instrument solutions, collect adoption metrics, and iterate based on feedback.
- Supervise and mentor a team of cloud and AI engineers.
- Set expectations, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to hiring.
