Requirements
- Formal training in graphic design, visual arts, or related field (degree, certificate, or bootcamp) OR 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Fully proficient at intermediate to expert level in Canva Editor.
- Strong proficiency in design principles including composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to objectively critique and evaluate design work against industry standards.
- Experience reviewing or providing design feedback.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Minimum 20 hours per week availability for at least 4 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Review designs in Canva Editor to examine typography, visual hierarchy, design elements, color palette, and layout quality.
- Identify flaws in one slide within an overall design.
- Edit flawed slides to match the overall design and build cohesion.
- Process high volumes of design samples with attention to detail.
- Meet quality benchmarks for rating consistency and inter-rater reliability.
