Requirements
- 4-year college degree and/or relevant QA experience.
- Experience in complex environments with multiple interfacing applications.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and scripting.
- Experience with a variety of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Agile methodology experience.
- Understanding of load/stress testing concepts.
- Ability to create detailed test plans, cases, and scripts.
Responsibilities
- Support the quality assurance efforts on the Long Term Care claims administration systems.
- Review Business Requirement Specifications and Technical Design Documents.
- Create test plans and identify test cases to meet test objectives.
- Execute test activities, track progress, and document results and defects.
- Liaise with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to monitor testing progress.
- Determine defect impact, track to closure, and perform retesting.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and administrative departmental activities.
- Contribute to test automation and DevOps adoption.
