Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, security, or platform products.
- Proven track record of shipping developer-facing and product-led growth products with both free and enterprise offerings.
- Strong understanding of software supply chain concepts such as package managers, registries, and artifact distribution systems.
- Experience working in zero-to-one environments with ambiguity and evolving product requirements.
- Ability to make clear prioritization decisions and defend product strategy with data and customer insights.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align engineering, design, and business teams.
- Technical credibility to engage effectively with engineering teams on infrastructure and platform topics.
- Excellent communication and customer discovery skills with a strong focus on user experience and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for a unified software repository spanning multiple artifact types and enterprise use cases.
- Make sequencing and prioritization decisions that balance developer adoption, enterprise requirements, and platform scalability.
- Drive product-led growth initiatives, optimizing onboarding, activation, retention, and conversion across free and paid tiers.
- Design and evolve repository experiences that simplify access to secure open source artifacts and improve developer workflows.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact features aligned with market needs.
- Translate customer feedback and market signals into actionable product direction and execution plans.
- Support enterprise readiness by ensuring the product meets security, compliance, and operational expectations.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across technical, commercial, and legal stakeholders to maintain a coherent roadmap.
