Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security, detection, observability, SRE, app sec, ML platform, or AI governance.
- Experience designing monitoring, logging, telemetry, or detection for distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML system architecture (LLMs, RAG, inference pipelines, agentic workflows).
- Experience translating governance, risk, or policy into technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of identity, least privilege, data protection, and incident response.
- Experience investigating system anomalies and driving remediation.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and reporting.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or GMLE preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and measure trustworthy AI behavior in production.
- Establish telemetry, tracing, logging, and alerting requirements for AI systems.
- Verify functionality of guardrails, policy checks, access boundaries, and execution constraints.
- Detect, investigate, and document suspicious, unsafe, or non-compliant AI behaviors.
- Translate governance principles into technical and operational requirements.
- Define KPIs, KRIs, and dashboards for AI security boundaries.
- Strengthen control design and reduce residual risk through continuous testing and incident analysis.
