- Experience in women’s wellness, supplements, beauty, health, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of organic performance across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.
- Excellent content instincts and understanding of audience psychology.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
- Organized, proactive, and execution-focused.
- Experience managing communities is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Facebook Groups.
- Manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Build community by actively engaging with followers, customers, and ambassadors.
- Coordinate content shoots, briefs, and timelines with creative team and influencers.
- Repurpose top-performing paid content into organic social strategies.
- Track KPIs across engagement, growth, shares, and community health.
- Support live events, launches, and activations as needed.
