Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven track record of building and scaling web applications in production.
- Experience leading high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong grasp of functional and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Ability to design and implement complex, distributed, scalable, and secure systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and integrate marketing technology stacks to drive growth across Patient, Provider, and Partner pillars.
- Lead critical technical initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams.
- Shape an AI-forward engineering culture.
- Navigate trade-offs and align stakeholders on high-priority projects.
- Mentor peers and contribute to code reviews and documentation.
