Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional frontend development experience.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale or content-heavy web platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Advanced hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Strong proficiency with Git workflows, npm/Yarn, and Webpack/Vite.
- Strong expertise in Core Web Vitals optimization and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks.
- Define and implement frontend architecture, reusable component strategies, and coding standards.
- Lead frontend integration efforts within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or comparable enterprise CMS platforms.
- Translate Figma and design system specifications into scalable frontend implementations.
- Lead frontend performance initiatives focused on Core Web Vitals, code splitting, and bundle optimization.
- Ensure applications meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers.
- Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, backend developers, DevOps teams, and content authors.
