Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a highly targeted and fast-moving contact centre (highly desirable).
  • Customer centric mindset.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
  • Experience in conducting credit or ID checks (preferred).
  • Experience within the lettings industry (preferred).
  • Proven ability to prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively work to progress referencing applications ensuring reports are generated for customers in line with KPI measurements.
  • Help tenants to get their dream home through meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Professionally support customers with high levels of accuracy.
  • Communicate via phone, live chat and email.
