Requirements
- Previous experience working in a highly targeted and fast-moving contact centre (highly desirable).
- Customer centric mindset.
- Great attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Experience in conducting credit or ID checks (preferred).
- Experience within the lettings industry (preferred).
- Proven ability to prioritise effectively.
Responsibilities
- Proactively work to progress referencing applications ensuring reports are generated for customers in line with KPI measurements.
- Help tenants to get their dream home through meeting and exceeding targets.
- Professionally support customers with high levels of accuracy.
- Communicate via phone, live chat and email.
