Requirements
- Proven experience owning features or products through the full lifecycle - from discovery to release to iteration
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of experience building applications with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience working with an RDBMS using SQL
- Deep appreciation for simple, maintainable, and well-tested code
Responsibilities
- Own core product features, from initial concept and discovery through implementation, deployment, and iterative improvement.
- Design and build scalable systems (70% backend, 30% frontend) that power real-time, high-volume workflows - such as routing calls with our event-driven SIP Softswitch or processing audio streams for advanced speech recognition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to shape and deliver intuitive, performant experiences.
- Mentor and support teammates by sharing knowledge, offering feedback, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Drive technical excellence by helping define and uphold coding standards that keep our codebase clean, maintainable, and scalable.
