Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- 3+ years of experience with frontend JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular) and backend technologies (NodeJS)
- Strong experience designing and implementing APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL)
- Demonstrated, regular use of AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, or MySQL
- Proven experience leading a team or architecting a large-scale enterprise product
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that automate mortgage-related processes
- Design, implement, and document RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
- Break down and organize large projects into manageable tasks
- Guide and support team members
- Set up and enhance monitoring to improve service stability and performance
