Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or comparable qualification
- 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, AR/AP processes, and G/L accounting
- Familiarity with German GAAP (HGB)
- Excellent Excel skills
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., DATEV, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Effective communication skills in German and English
Responsibilities
- Accurately process supplier invoices in the ERP system
- Manage payment cycles and execute payments
- Issue customer invoices and monitor incoming payments
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions
- Book accounting entries to the general ledger
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support finance-related projects and process automation
