Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience.
- Accounting designation (completed or in progress) is an asset.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with IFRS is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 and Great Plain is an asset.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective stress management skills for a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and record monthly revenues for business units.
- Reconcile financial data across accounting systems and CRMs.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations.
- Compile GST/QST tax reports.
- Prepare monthly commission reports.
- Monitor projects with operational teams.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Maintain internal controls and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS.
- Assist with year-end audit preparation.
