Requirements
- 5-7 years experience as a Product Designer.
- At least 2 years as a Staff Product Designer or equivalent.
- Strong UI, UX, and visual design skills.
- Advanced prototyping techniques such as progressive disclosure.
- Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing.
- Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
- Portfolio showcasing experimentation work and measurable growth outcomes.
- Experience with AI-assisted/powered design or using AI tools in workflow.
- Proven mentorship experience.
- Ability to work in embedded teams from ideation to design QA.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver product design across multiple growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data analysts, and marketers to test and iterate on growth hypotheses.
- Partner with UI stakeholders to drive design system strategy and incorporate motion.
- Rapidly design, prototype, and test new features using A/B testing frameworks.
- Provide mentorship to Product Designers and foster team growth.
- Identify and solve friction points in the user journey.
- Drive clarity from complexity and navigate ambiguity.
