- Understanding of the nonprofit sector and funding ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify grant opportunities aligned with Parity Homes’ mission and housing programs.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders and program staff to understand funding needs and strategic priorities.
- Draft, edit, and prepare grant proposals, letters of intent, and supporting documents.
- Ensure all submissions meet funder guidelines, requirements, and deadlines.
- Manage the full grant submission process.
- Maintain organized records of all grant activities and funder communications.
- Assist with the administration of awarded grants and compliance reporting.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with funders and potential donors.
