Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer with full stack web applications.
- Backend development experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Proficiency in React and front-end best practices.
- Experience working with distributed teams and asynchronous communication.
- Strong fundamentals in computer science, data structures, and performance optimization.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems or related engineering field.
- Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute platform-level software projects from conception through launch.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs that power portal experiences.
- Build reusable frontend libraries, design systems, and developer tooling.
- Own infrastructure concerns, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and observability.
- Drive frontend performance, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship for junior members of the team.
