- Proven ability to design for conversion, retention, and engagement.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Strong point of view balanced with openness to feedback.
- Ability to focus on outcomes over outputs.
- Proficiency with modern design and AI tools (e.g., Figma, Claude, Cursor).
Responsibilities
- Lead client experience design strategy in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Design end-to-end client journeys, patterns, and frameworks.
- Help evolve the client experience to support seamless online booking and client self-management.
- Translate human needs into clear and compelling client-facing experiences.
- Partner with engineers to guide implementation and preserve design intent.
- Act as a design leader influencing peers and design culture.
- Collaborate on the design system to support growth.
- Explore how Boulevard can leverage AI to enhance client experience.
